History

There was a time when fire was extinguished with water buckets or hand pumps. Then the industrialisation came and the risk of fire greatly improved together with its rapid propagation and devastating effects.
In Europe and in the United States the first companies specialised in the research and construction of anti-fire equipment, also for individual protection, were created almost simultaneously. It is in the first decade of the XX Century that Molajoni S.p.A. was created and started the production and sale of their first fire-extinguisher and of the first systems of fire detection and suppression.

Today the Company covers the whole national territory with their offices and workshops.

One of the qualifying aspects of Molajonj with respect to their various competitors in the home market in this area consists in their capacity to "translate" the several regulations on this field into practical technical solutions of fire prevention applicable to large organisations spread in all the national territory.

It is in fact thanks to their long proved experience in this field with great organisations that Molajoni have developed a particular management skill in all the relevant activities (planning, delivery and installation, maintenance, formation and alert) supported by adequate automatic information systems which can be adapted to customer's needs. This result has been achieved not only thanks to their technicians but also with the support of external experts in the various disciplines. This kind of operational management has been successfully experimented with various private and public organisations operating in the service and in the industrial fields.

Another important factor is the quality of Molajoni's staff who, operating according to the standards UNI EN ISO 9000: 2000, has the ability to self- improve their performance along with the service offered.



Molajoni S.p.A. owns modern headquarters and workshops. All the activities are performed with technically advanced and automatic equipment allowing reduction in production costs which are reflected into more competitive prices to customers.

All activities are carried out by 4 Divisions employing well trained staff with always updated knowledge on new technical solutions existing on the market.


Service Division

They are responsible for the operational activity of services especially those of maintenance with the aim of preserving the efficiency of all the anti-fire equipment installed in customer's premises. These services include periodical controls with a number of interventions according to customer's need which can be preventive, conservative, adapted or for failures. Prevention for anti-fire plants is needed in order to find out the inevitable alterations occurring on all the relevant equipment:

maintenance of fire-extinguishers of any kind and capacity;
maintenance of hydrants of any type and dimension;
maintenance of fire detection plants of any kind;
maintenance of fire suppression plants of any kind;
maintenance of equipment and tools for individual protection;
disposal of exhausted material;
fire control of areas or meetings with fire risks;
rental of fire equipment for first intervention;
facility for safety measures in office buildings D.lg. 626
del 19.09.1994.


Plant Division

They are responsible for all the activities of technical and engineering design for the installation of detection and suppression fire plants of any kind and dimension. The staff is made of engineers and technicians equipped with up to date software and able to design and install fire and security systems both hydraulic and gaseous:

on stream installation of detecting and suppression plants;
supply of electrical, electronic, hydraulic components for the installation
of above plants;
studies of compliance with legislation rules on fire safety matters;
technical assistance for preparation ,issue or renewal of required
             certificates (viz. C.P.I.);
assistance for the preparation of Emergency and Evacuation Plans;
certification of the capacity and functionality of hydrant network system;
check-up of risks D.lg. 626 del 19.09.1994.


Product Division

They are responsible for the supply of anti-fire equipment first quality, directly produced or from third parties. The after-sale service guarantees full assistance on all the installed equipment:

fire extinguishers;
cutting and spreading equipment;
hydrants;
fire safety signs;
accident prevention;
D.P.I. individual protective equipment;
first aid kits;
fire retardant cabinets and boxes.


Consulting Division

They are responsible for the supply of any information regarding legislation rules dictated by the D.lg. 626/94 and D.M. 10.03.1998. The indoor platforms for anti fire training -the only ones in Italy- guarantee great efficiency for learning and high security for attendants:

fire courses and training;
first aid courses;
courses for the use of individual protective equipment;
courses for emergency teams of the company;
courses for personnel on airports and heliports;
courses for personnel on forest areas;
courses for environment protection.
