MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of sprinkler systems is regulated by the decree D.P.R. n. 547 of 27.04.55 - Norme di prevenzione degli infortuni sul lavoro. In particular this decree states that "adequate suppression systems must be installed…. these systems must be kept in full efficiency and checked at least once every six months by serviced engineers".
These controls must be noted in the relevant Register Book that must be kept available to the Fire Department.
